2020 saw a lot of us move to working from home and it seems like that's going to be the status quo for a while, with many of us opting to work from home at least some of the time.

If you spend time working, studying or parenting at home, have a little bit of space, and would like to start or continue your fitness routine, online personal training is a great option. I am happy to report that after almost a year of working with my clients exclusively online, all of them have managed to improve their strength and performance outside of a gym.

Unless you are a dedicated strength athlete or somebody really into bodybuilding, you are probably part of the majority of people who look at exercise as something that just plays a role in your overall health and fitness. If this sounds like you, I would say that online coaching could be a good fit for you!

As with all my one on one sessions, it all starts with a phone call to discuss your goals, commitments, lifestyle and injury profile. This is followed up with an online movement assessment via video link. I do this so that I can build your workouts with exercises that work for you. There are no cookie-cutter programs here!

Still unsure if online coaching is a suitable option for you? Follow this link to my 'Build a Better You' program to read more. From there, you can also click on register to set up a time for a no-obligation online chat with me to discuss things further.
