If you are just starting out with exercise, a personal trainer will definitely be able to help. You should weigh up the likely benefits and possible expense to decide if it's a good fit for your current circumstances.

My clients work with me for a myriad of reasons. Some want an individualised program to support their weight loss goals, get fitter, support their rehabilitation process or just give them some additional accountability.

Personal training might be a great option if:

  • You are exercising but not seeing results

  • You are bored with the same old workouts

  • You need to be challenged

  • You want to learn how to exercise on your own

  • You need accountability and motivation

  • You have a specific illness, injury or condition

  • You are training for a specific sport or event

  • You want supervision, company and support during your workouts
