Justin left his career in animation to become a personal trainer more than 10 years ago and has never looked back. In addition to the usual strength work that he helps his clients with, he specialises in injury prevention, rehabilitation and nutrition.
Having worked in a corporate workplace, and experienced juggling multiple businesses, Justin understands that it can be difficult to chase health and fitness goals on top of work. His “minimum effective dose” approach to health and fitness means your training is tailored to fit your specific schedule so you can rest assured you’ll be moving towards your health and fitness goals, and still have time for leisure.
Justin’s interest in movement, human anatomy and nutrition has led him to be certified as a Master Rehab Trainer and Precision Nutrition coach to round out his skill- set as a personal trainer.
How do we start? All services below start with a phone call or face-to-face meeting to discuss your goals, exercise history, injury profile and time commitments. Justin will then run you through a thorough movement assessment at an agreed time to help determine the exercises best suited to you. Then, and only then, the fun truly begins!
I have been working with Justin for over a year via virtual training. I never would have thought virtual training would work, but I also have never had a PT work out before. Not only have I kept seeing Justin each and every week, but I've gone from never exercising to going to the gym 4 times a week and doing weights for the first time in my life.
I trust Justin implicitly. He is extremely patient, positive, encouraging - and also keeps me on track. I've lost 25 pounds in 6 months and counting and can see a change in my muscles! (as in I have some!)
